When to use this customizer

Use Simple Customizer when a public preset already describes the effect. It emits only values that differ from the preset and prefers hf-fast, hf-slow, or hf-delayed when an exact modifier match exists.

Use Full Customizer for blur, rotation, transform origin, custom direction, easing, reusable sets, and other structurally bespoke effects.
